Jessica M. Allison
Jessica Allison joined Nixon Shefrin Hensen Ogburn in 2019 as an associate. Her practice is primarily focused on construction litigation and insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica worked as a term law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Jessica received her Juris Doctorate with Order of the Coif distinction from the University of Colorado. During law school, she served as a Casenote and Comment editor for the University of Colorado Law Review and published her own Comment, Beyond VAWA: Protecting Native Women from Sexual Violence within Existing Tribal Jurisdictional Structures. She also participated in the American Indian Law Clinic as a student attorney and worked as a research assistant for one of her Indian law professors.
