Stephanie R. Losching


Stephanie Losching joined Nixon Shefrin Ogburn Drew in 2020 and practices primarily in the areas of medical malpractice, health and hospital law, construction defect, premise liability, homeowners association law, contract disputes and employment matters. Stephanie brings to the firm, extensive experience defending product liability claims, subrogation matters, professional liability, first and third-party insurance claims, and various business related litigation matters before state and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie practiced in her hometown in Wisconsin, where she represented businesses regarding commercial disputes and transactional matters. She also defended companies in various areas of litigation, including but not limited to, commercial transactions, product liability, construction litigation, personal injury and employment related matters. Stephanie also has significant litigation experience from the several years she practiced with a large firm in Minnesota, where she focused on first and third-party insurance claims, commercial litigation, defamation claims, and general insurance defense matters.
